2: Ship the unopened packages of what you have received to:

3: We recommend you ship to us using an insured service that provides
delivery confirmation and payment for loss similar to a UPS tracking
number with insurance so you will be compensated by the carrier in case
of a loss or so you may prove to us that we received your package if we
are unable to find it.
4: For refunds: we will issue a credit card refund for your purchase less
our cost of shipping & handling:
Example: $13.50 is our shipping and handling cost for the common order
of 2 - 1lb bulk bags of pops or drops.
5: For exchanges: Upon receipt of your unopened order we will send out
the items you request in exchange plus we will charge your credit card for
our shipping and handling charge as detailed by way of example above.
6: When you call or email us for an RMA we may recommend a less time
consuming and costly refund/exchange method that works best for both
of us.
